I am enjoying the app, it’s been really useful to monitor my puppies activity, to check if he really was sleeping through the night, and making sure he is getting enough rest/activity throughout the day.

I would definitely recommend, it’s been surprising to find out what he gets up to on his own, or with other people!

I have a couple suggestions for improving this further to make it 5 stars:
- it would be great to have some comparison against the average or recommended norm for his breed and age
- allow swapping between days while viewing the graphs
- the graph scales are slightly confusing, for instance on the activity graph I would like to be able to select a column and see exactly how long he was active for during each hour
- I would like to click on the today’s intensity graph to enlarge, like all the other data sets

Way off getting it right

I’ve had these for about 6 months now and they are truly a great idea... if they work! Bare in mind they ain’t cheap. I have three dogs all have one each and can be extremely annoying when all three don’t sync at the same time. Sometimes they do but the majority of the time they don’t. They have also needed to be updated for the past month, can I get the app to update them? You guessed it...NOPE! They’ve all recently had the batteries changed and yeh you’ve got it there’s a problem with that too! New batteries two of the three are still saying low batteries. Very cheaply made inside the positive and negative terminals are very very fragile so be careful when changing the batteries. The App constantly crashes, restarts and works but at the same time doesn’t work, constantly feels like the app is riddled with bugs. Oh and make sure you logon at least a few times a day as I’ve found the app will log you out and discard of all your credentials! Tell you your password is wrong no matter how certain you are you use the same password on almost everything. It would be good to see what the end of years sales are on this product and how much profit the company is making at the expense of its customers. I’ve given it the 1 star because if it works it’s great the missing four stars are because it doesn’t always work! Another animal healthcare company who are all about profit before pets!

Love this system

Great product, was really concerned about my dog as he is an older guy, and not moving as much but has always been very anxious.

This has immediately let me see how much he is (isn’t) moving, and find out he is barking when I'm out. Has helped me to chill him out and find ways to reassure him when I'm away. Fantastic result, chuffed to bits.
