worst app ever dont wast your money

I have to say this is the worst app and product I’ve ever come across and that say something
It’s illegible it doesn’t give you correct data. sometimes it will give you a notification sometimes it won’t repeatedly says the cats gone out when they haven’t no matter what the time of day is it says it’s 3am. None of the data makes sense it’s all completely different. It’s so hard to navigate anything and if you can navigate it, it’s pretty pointless because none of the data is correct.
Please, please do not waste your money on this extremely expensive product that doesn’t work and isn’t fit for purpose.
The company don’t seem to care of all these negative reviews of how their product is they tell you to email them but they don’t respond. I believe they’re quite happy selling people this absolutely useless expensive rubbish.. and have no intentions whatsoever fixing it and making it fit for purpose once again please do not waste your money. This is an absolutely appalling awful app that does not work and the company doesn’t care and don’t seem to have any conscience to fix it.. it’s so bad I’ll probably class it as a scam product if I could give a minus number, I would. It’s a complete and utter rip-off. once again please do not waste your money on this appalling product. The company have no intention of sort it and a very happy to be ripping everyone off.

Shockingly poor/w?f: take your pick

This has to be a prime example of a development team designing an app with no real-world experience or using it frequently to check where your cat is, how today’s exit/entry pattern compares to other days in the week and so on. Far too much scrolling left and right, with subsequent loss of context. An unmitigated disaster, which with careful plotting could have been avoided.

Surely for such a radical Electron-like design overhaul, soliciting testing of the app via TestFlight by those who use it day in day out to track activities would have helped the app evolve in a meaningful way, or perhaps release it on the App Store alongside the prior version ( like many other apps release a v2,v3, etc)? By taking this approach Surpetcare would be able to track the number of installs of the new app vs the prior app to help gauge if the new app really is a better experience.

Hopefully Surpetcare will take on board the many comments that the redesign - reflected in the app’s ratings - has not been well received, and will hopefully iterate the design over a number of sprints to revert design elements such as presentation of exit/entry data to vertical slices - in the same way as calendars represent time in apps, and the instantly recognisable use of colours to see in/out status at a glance.

Absolutely rubbish now!

I honestly can’t believe they allowed the new update to roll out without testing it first! It’s unworkable and dangerous. Like so many on here, I have so many issues with the new update, I thought it was just me and kept reinstalling it. I have an update message that’s always there and crashes when you click to accept it. It’s stopped monitoring my cat’s movements and when does, it will do it half a dozen times for one movement. The curfew is not allowing my cat in late at night when it’s switched on. I noticed she was not eating her midnight snack for five days and I was only getting messaged when she was allowed in the morning, after the curfew switched to open. I decided to check the security camera and my cat was trying to come in after the curfew set in and it wouldn’t allow her to come in. My poor little baby was sleeping between some flower pots all these nights leaving her at risk! I’m fuming!
They need to bring back the older app as it was so much easier to work features and it actually worked unlike this rubbish!
