Great staff!

A 40 min wait did not dent our enthusiasm! It’s only our second visit to TB.. I was hoping it would be as good. We were not disappointed at all! But can I just say a massive thank you to your amazing staff! TB Doncaster please recognise the quality of your staff. After being a complete shut in, just like everybody else, your staff made us feel like they had waited to see us all day. I felt completely safe eating food prepared outside of my kitchen- that surprised me! Great job guys!!! TB Doncaster, please pass our thanks to your staff. Thank you all at Doncaster! 👏🏼👌🏻😷

Order “Completed” but was never made.

I use this app quite frequently and have never had an issue with it until I placed an order on the 27th December at 8:41pm for collection ASAP. This order was accepted, in progress, and then ready for collection. However, when I arrived to collect my order the store had closed early at 7:30pm due to staffing shortages. Already, I’m thinking why was my order accepted 1 hour after the store had closed if no one was there? There was a note on the door saying to call the store the following day to organise a refund or have the order fulfilled. I called the store asking for a refund and they took my details and said someone would get back to me. No one did. So I have now been in an endless cycle for the past month getting passed back and forth from customer services and back to the store for them to arrange my refund as both of them claim they can’t issue one but the other can. Had the app have been programmed to stop me from placing an order when the store is not open, then this would’ve been avoided. As well as this, the app should not tell me that my order is “accepted”, “in progress” and “complete” automatically - this should be done manually by an employee on the receiving end. Severely flawed.

Through word of mouth we have avoided going to Taco Bell, even though we have been to the USA many many times,
A friend asked me to try it, so we have, I explained to our server Jack that we don’t usually eat Mexican type food, and that we don’t like really spicy food, jack talked us through the menu, explaining each type of food including how hot the spices were.
The food was nothing like what we had been told for many years and for fast food it was one of the best fast foods meals we have had. Even after finishing our meal Jack came back to our table and asked if we had enjoyed the meal. We will certainly be using Taco Bell again and hopefully your other restaurants both in the us and the uk have servers of a similar quality of Jack
