Description
Tagtronics Mobile App allows you to view your daily rota, log in and log out of a clients property by using your mobile phones camera and the latest version of Tagtronics Electronic Monitoring software to produce QR codes. With the ability to communicate with the team in the office via in app messaging and the completion of instructions set out for each visit.

Problematic
Our company always has issues with this app. All day I’ve gone to log in to a visit, only for the screen to go blank & I have to reload the app. Not ideal when working rural with poor signal. Checked for an update but there isn’t one. The feedback sometimes isn’t visible either, even after you’ve already visited someone that day.

App has always worked great but since the last update, it keeps logging me out which is really frustrating
Always logging me out!!
So frustrating that this app keeps logging me out. Very time consuming having to log back in when I’m trying to work... other than that a great app and would be very convenient...would be giving it five stars 🌟if this problem didn’t occur....come on tagtronics sort it out.
