You can do Talk It Out on anything.
Your relationships, your work, your life…
Anything that feels like it needs some attention.
All you have to do is grab your phone and connect a headset.
Then hit the record button, go for a walk, and talk into the App.

What you say doesn’t have to be true, it doesn’t have to be clever, you can trip-up; repeat yourself – it really doesn’t matter, as long as you keep talking.
Every now and again you’ll say something that feels more important or exciting than the rest - it just stands out in some way.
When you feel this happening simply hold the button on the App and whatever you say gets captured for you and turned into text.
This is the gold we’re looking for – they’re insights from your subconscious.
Your insights will give you more of an understanding of what it is you’ve been saying to yourself.

Powerful stuff…

This has been great for me. Just being able to let rip and have a really good rant about the stuff that’s going on in my life, and then to be able to look back at it and figure out what I should be doing… it’s made things soo much clearer. I’m loving how this helps me.
