Terrible!

The general staff of TAP have always seemed to be the saving grace of an otherwise disastrous airline, let’s hope once and for all that once TAP is sold to another airline the entire management team is kicked to the curb, they have zero idea how an airline should be run and they’ve never had clue, I’m not even sure that this airline has ever made a profit in its entire history, it simply goes from one government injection of cash to the next. This app and the TAP website must really be a laughing stock amongst other airline executives in boardrooms around the world, they’re truly amateurish in every way possible and speak to a general other world crazy approach that’s been prevalent in the execution of pretty much everything TAP does. The app doesn’t work properly if at all most of the time and the website is just a jumbled mess. Why are they so unable to do anything right!?, it’s frankly astonishing and surely must be an embarrassment as the national carrier of Portugal. Disgraceful.

Saved by the excellent staff - But lousy app

if TAP was a dog it should be put down - this airline has a lamentable record during lockdown. It refused to repay cancel flights, customer service is pretty poor it is only excelled by the excellent air crew. this new app is three days old took a very long time for it to be updated from the very poor previous reviews. It didn’t work sadly again this app does not work. I wish somebody in TAP would get a grip on customer service, it is frustrating time wasting and gives a very poor impression of Portugal, I would like the executives who make poor decisions who are paid very well on this state Portuguese taxpayers handout airline would take a bath - if they could even run one -

One knows the Air France is circling to buy this airline to reduce competition. Frankly, Ryanair Would and should do a better job at running an airline - it would just mean that passengers wait customers paying money would get a decent service.

Keeping updated for worse

I have travelled with Tap Portugal for more than 14 years, and for the past 3 years, my name has not been validated on Tap Mile and Go. So after every trip, I need to call to ask them to kind update my miles. I don't know why my name does not match, and why we can not do it through the App, each call takes more than one hour and sometimes there are some additional costs.
Also, recently I have been trying to open the app and it is stuck in the setup, if I want to receive a voice message - yes or no. Trying to save it but the command is not working, so I can't use the app.
And for last, I can find the statement of my mile and go anywhere in the App.
