Been using the app for over a year, quiet good app.Since the last update I have issues with the app, can’t open it or if I manage to open it the screen goes blank.( iPhone 13 Pro)I tried on iPhone 8 and works fine, developers pls sort this out asap, probably something been changed on last update and is affecting certain phones.

I downloaded this app as I was introduced by a buddy, I downloaded the client one instead of the Tasker one. Created an account and found it wasn’t the right one. So I spoke to my buddy and he showed me the right one to download. When creating the account I met some issues like the app wasn’t working. Tried creating the account but couldn’t because it says my email has been used, so I tried creating another and another before I finally got the account. Mind you only one was working and not the rest of it. I couldn’t get a job so a friend introduced me to his company that wants me to get some job done for them and they’ll book it in the app if I send them my details. I reached out to the support team and nothing was done. Just after that my account was deactivated by them saying I breached their terms and conditions. Can you imagine the nonsense knowing it’s on their end and not mine. Until today I have worked for this company for free and won’t be paid because I don’t have my account anymore. I have been contacting their customer support team but they’ll rather say they’ll escalate it to policy team it’s not their job. It’s been over 2 months now they don’t respond to my mail. Worst customer service and the app isn’t all that. Please be mindful before you get into it.

Joined task rabbit to earn some extra money and help people out but their join up process is more complex then applying to be a secret agent. They activated my account then few days later it was “suspended” because I had to attend an introductory meeting which was “mandatory”. Booked the appointment and attended on good time to be told they couldn’t do the meeting as the persons pc was broke. Then why not email the 30 people who was in the zoom and say it was cancelled. In this short meeting we was told we had to have a DBS check before proceeding which myself and other offered valid DBS certificates but was told it’s easier for them to get a 3rd party to do it. Unsure how when I could just take a photo of my 2 week old certificate and share it for instant approval. I gave up trying to complete the DBS check as it kept asking for repetitive information including driving license, passport, NI and more which I find is a little bit too much information for me be handing over. Was also told minimum time to be activated would be 2 weeks. I gave up with this app.

The communication has become increasingly mechanical, resulting in a sense of isolation rather than connection. This stark emotional disconnect has contributed to feelings of frustration and even depression over the years.If you're seeking authentic engagement or meaningful interaction, this platform is not the solution. While AI has its strengths, in this case, the limitations outweigh any benefits. I no longer feel comfortable or motivated to continue on a platform that leaves me feeling more frustrated than fulfilled.
