Possible features?

Hey im a staff member of a store that uses this app and we deal with people who cannot speak english so we have to get google translate up it would be nice to see an auto translation that translates for customers and the support team but over all the app is great

Too slow & never syncs timely

Since the app got a makeover, it has been frustrating to use. The app doesn’t sync in real time and agents can’t see the most recent chats and tickets. It’s not an issue of internet connection because other apps are working fine.

Agents can miss chats because of how slow the app is. Agents also run the risk of creating multiple tickets for the same chat because the app doesn’t update in a timely manner. You have to refresh multiple times, restart the app and wait several minutes before it updates itself accurately and reflect what you see on the browser app.

Please, fix it. It’s very frustrating to use. Too slow to be of significant use. The experience is the same across the mobile platforms. My colleagues using androids have the same complaint.

Great App. Works!

Been using this for our business since about 4 years ago. We are on the free subscription. We are a UK business and have international customers. Since we installed this on our website, we have had been able to monitor our website traffic and learned where they came from and how they found our website. The app allowed us the opportunity to convert visitors to customers. This is all by having the free version. No communication or hard sell from Tawk! Fantastic! Made 1000s of £s for a free install!
