Ratings and Reviews
Brilliant... but annoying.
Crisp, is amazing. Ever since I’ve been using it, it’s been really good. Then, there’s something’s that just annoy me. 1 being that you cannot change your email address via the mobile app, HAVING to use a desktop to do so and 2. When trying to use the website version on mobile, it doesn’t work! It just Insists that you download the app. 3. Where I work, once I finish a ticket, I’ve got to get the link and assign the ticket as mine for being paid at the end of the month, I’m a lot of the time assisting on mobile, but on mobile it doesn’t allow you to copy the website like, it’s very annoy. Can you please fix these issues and implement them into the app?
Works well. Still no filter to sort by date
Works as it should but the latest update still doesn’t allow sorting by most recent conversations. This would be a welcome feature rather than having to scroll through all messages.
Really Good App
The app is very good. The reason being is that the app is like being on desktop. Since I am the owner of a site and am currently using crisp I find it very useful. The only thing I would say to improve is that sometimes when I have a lot of people talk8ng to another support operator I receive the notifications anyway. I find that annoying.
Apart from that everything is good!
