Amazing
Plymouth taxis have been a nightmare when calling up and having to wait hours. This app is insane. Downloaded it. Pressed we want a taxi - turned up in three minutes. This app will be over used now!
Left me to walk 6 miles after work
I pre booked a taxi via the app at 10:00am so it would be ready for 3:03pm when I finished work. The taxi was confirmed and my ride had been scheduled. Once work finished that day I stood outside waiting for my taxi.
That wait lasted 15 minutes until I finally got a notification saying my ride had been cancelled and I could see the taxi driver was driving around somewhere else in plymouth. I rang the company and I was told that there were no taxi’s available and that I should have pre booked! Of course I explained that I did and he said sorry the driver must have found a better fare. This is not right!
My dad used to run a taxi firm and recommended this firm to me as his absolute favourite for reliability and friendless. Without a taxi that day I walked 6 miles home which took me two hours.
Creepy taxi service? You decide!
I am astonished and bewildered to find when opening this app a screen that says ‘TURN ME ON’ yes exactly those words with reference to turning location services on. Why doesn’t it say ‘turn on’ or ‘enable location services’ why does it say ‘TURN ME ON’ it makes my skin crawl at the thought of some dirty taxi driver lusting over my wife!!! Someone really needs to sort that out but now I know how they think how can this taxi service be trusted with my nearest and dearest!?
