Unable to book the time I want
Just like the website, when booking badminton, you can only book on the hour. I want to book a 5.30 slot but I can’t. So I have to ring the centre and give my card details over the phone. This is a backward step as I used to be able to book online. Please resolve this soon - I have reported it several times before!
Doesn’t work
Twice now I’ve booked an induction and a lane swim and both times the leisure centre have no record of the booking. Today I turned up for a 30 min swim at 12 and was told the lane swim closes at 12. Fortunately the staff are very great (unlike this app).
Horrible app
Worst app so over complicated I pay and I’m not even allowed in like what the hell man fix this
