I love it

Great app , easy to make a call ! Fantastic way to keep in touch with friends and family at only one click without worrying about the extra cost for an international call !
I can never run out my credit now as there is the option for an automatically top up when credit gets below a certain amount but also for those who are not using an automatic top up there is a reminder to top up when credit gets too low or near the expiring date ! I ve been using this international card for over 6 years calling from a land line then from my mobile but the new app had simplified everything to a normal mobile call , a click on the app then choose your contact and call ! I can see the charge per minute for the call and also the credit remaining at the end of the call ! Very pleased with this ! Top notch app ! 👍🏻

Quality isn’t consistent

I wrote this review about a year ago but didn’t post, so just thought to review again today as a past problem is now happening again.——-It’s overall ok, easy to call and connect. Only thing I don’t like is when you have 30 seconds remaining it interrupts you to tell you the credit is running out then most times after that voice prompt I can’t hear the other person I’m talking to at all. It’s quiet for the rest of the 15-30 seconds which is annoying. Lately it had begun to just cut soon after that voice prompt. Today the voice prompt came but I was able to continue with my conversation. Tesco calling card need to look into this issue and be consistent- it’s my money wasted on those 30 seconds . I’ve been using this card for the past few years.
Today just tried to speak to customer service and the man there was unnecessarily rude. I wanted to add that I still ring from outside the app as advised on a similar complaint. Please try to resolve this issue so that I can get my full money’s worth. I use the card to communicate with a someone overseas who doesn’t have access to WhatsApp calls and I top up quite a lot and it’s not fair that this problem happens more frequently than not. Thank you. I would have put 3 star if not for the rude customer service . I had to ring again to speak to someone nicer.

This company struggles with feedback

My initial review weren’t submitted due to Tescos not being able to take on feedback ( not every feedback going to be five stars.
Some countries are cheaper than others USA is cheaper compared to other companies like Jamaica. I have cheaper deal with my network provider so it makes sense to go with them. Also this company makes you top up every 3-6 months when you have credit still on your account. Which I accumulated a lot of money on my balance. Also still get charged for calls being connected even if the person at the other end don’t pick up. Don’t get made Tescos feedback is feedback whether good or bad and should be taken on board. Instead of you refusing to submit it or not responding to certain parts of the review and taken it personal. Have been a customer with you company for years think of all the money you have made off me not once did you thank me for my custom clearly don’t appreciate its fine. You aren’t the cheapest out there always other companies that do the same thing.

Hi, our rates remain the most competitive in the market, including Jamaica which is 18ppm to a mobile, giving you incredible value for money. We also dont charge UNLESS a call is connected, unlike some other providers. You can also always check your balance in your app at any time, keeping track of your expiry date.
