I spent time playing games and earning rewards, and when I tried to withdraw my £1 and £10 via PayPal, it stayed "processing" for days.When I contacted support, they sent a generic email falsely accusing me of having duplicate accounts, using VPNs or bots – which is 100% made up! This is my only ever account with them, I have never broken any rules.Worst of all: they forced me to scan my face to verify my identity before letting me withdraw. They collected my sensitive biometric data, accepted it as valid, then immediately refused to pay me with zero real evidence.I am a mother caring for a disabled child, and I tried to earn this small amount to help with costs. This app deliberately misleads and exploits vulnerable people: they let you earn rewards, collect your personal and biometric information, then invent excuses to keep every penny.This is not just bad service – this is a scam. I have reported them to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, and the Information Commissioner’s Office for misusing my data. Well, I decided to give this app a try because who doesn’t need a few extra quid now and then. It’s relatively easy as long as you don’t download too many of the games and give yourself a hard time. I’ve managed to cash out a couple of times so far and it’s relatively quick and painless too! It seems to take anywhere from 2 to 4 days to earn enough to cash out £10 which sounds ridiculous but if you’re not playing nonstop then it’s fairly reasonable.
