Absolute bible for any parents!
We worked with Lisa when our first child and her help and advice was life changing - within 3 days our baby boy had stopped screaming and was sleeping better; he was soon blissfully put into a routine and sleeping through the night.
It was the first thing I downloaded now we’ve had our 2nd baby and have been following the routines and advice every day since! Our baby is really content and happy and sleeping really well! Absolutely must have for any one, have already recommended to my friends!
Most have app/book
I never had completed any book in my life before but I got recommended this book to help me on my journey as a first time mum.
My baby slept through from 8 weeks and was able to self smooth by latest 12 weeks. I don’t know if I just had a lucky sleepy but after what happened to me, my friends started following the same routine and they then slept through too.
Get the book/ app - it will be like your “bible”
Great app for parents
I’ve been following Lisa’s routine with all 3 of my kids. I’m often trying to search for a subject through the book or through my screenshots on my phone. The app is greats because you can easily search the subject you want to read about. The 2 week weaning guide has been an absolute life saver for when I’m out and about and need a quick reminder.
