Loses progress when screen closes
I really like the digital production and layout when reading via the app. There is an annoying bug though: if you close your screen or navigate to another app even for a moment, when returning to this app I find I am back at the front cover, not where I had got up to last
Needs sorting
I’m a HOG member for years. Downloaded the app to see how it is, appearing only two issues (hence it shows in the menu there should be 5), saying no active subscription. There’s no option to log in, or contact them to solve this. Tried to manage on website, logged in - manage profile - “error occurred, call support “. Free phone number provided on the printed issue not responding. Although the available issue what I can see, seems interesting, regardless that I’m not in the mood right now to enjoy.
