I can’t change the date I’ve purchased my Ducati to a date older than the date I added it to my garage. Added my bike to the app this year but I have owned it for over 10years. App shows it purchased this year which I can’t alter.

Very Buggy Can’t unlock ‘badges’ as profile won’t complete despite (eventually) completing every entry… sometimes it accepts changes, sometimes it doesn’t - sometimes it says it has accepted changes when it hasn’t - the birthday date is set in mm/dd/yyyy format but validated in dd/mm/yyyy format (so I can’t use my actual birth date.) Adding a Ducati bike eg. Select Monster in family , the form is now stuck. There’s more but I think you should test your apps before releasing them instead of relying on your poor customers to test them and tell you what’s wrong. I’m giving up on it - don’t even know what use it would be even if it worked?

This app is on my iPhone 14 along with Ducati Connect etc. I have to delete the app, reinstall it and login again if I want to use it. If I use it once, close down and try to use it a second time it just “hangs” without any data being downloaded. You shouldn’t have to do this, all my other apps on the phone work fine, including Ducati Connect! It worked fine without this problem on my old phone, an iPhone 12. Very frustrating!!
