The Intro: dating with no chat 17+

I absolutely love the app! I think we are too used to just disappearing/not responding/having too much choice and yet missing on opportunities. The Intro solves all of that! It sort of brings back the good old concept of meeting someone live in a bar and this is so refreshing. With personalities being so different, sometimes it’s really difficult to make a good impression via just texting someone you don’t know, especially that in 90% of cases they never even reply! The Intro challenges that and I believe attracts the right audience - people who want to meet rather than chat and pretend they want to date. Well done guys!

I downloaded this app at the very early stage (about a week after the launch) when they had a very small number of people on it and even then I thought it was a very innovative and yet simple concept. Now that the app is adding new features literally every week and the number of users on it is steadily growing, I can only see bright future for it!

I’ve known about this app for a long time now but just now got the chance to try it and I think it’s really great!
One thing I see that the extension of the first call was recently introduced, I think time limit and this should be optional and I could kind of choose a time limit and my date would get the message that I’ve set the limit but can also start by conveying this verbally on the call, so not really an issue more of a planning on user’s end.
I really love the fact that it pushes you to give feedback on each date, which makes it all a bit more real and also makes people a bit more serious about the experience.
Ghosting is so no. 1 thing that everyone seems to do when they don’t feel they match with someone, so let’s all be a bit more respectful and even if it’s a “no” learn to speak up and politely pass the message.
I love the concept and I definitely recommend.

The Intro is honestly an amazing app, it's changed online dating for me because of how different it is compared to other apps like Tinder or Hinge. The crowd on here seems to be into actually dating rather than just endlessly chatting which is pretty common on other apps.

I love how dates can be organised through the app to really make sure no time is wasted (great for busy people!). It's created an atmosphere of people actually looking to date rather than people endlessly chatting and it leading nowhere. So overall I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something a bit more serious.
