Update the app please with a back button

Still no back button two weeks after the other user down loaded it and reported it , you still have to start a new search after viewing something otherwise it’s a good app

Web site with App wrapping

Appears to be the web site with ‘App’ wrapping, so suffers same faults as web site but without the option to navigate as freely. In other words, pretty much same experience as clicking ‘Add to Home Screen’ from Safari.

So, for instance, you can look at your ‘Order History’… provided you do it one order at a time and you already know the order number of each and every item you’ve ordered! (Oh - and “Orders can take up to 24 hours to show after they are placed”). So it’s not really an ‘Order History’ but an individual order status check provided you know your order number (and even when you are logged in asks again for your email address as well as order number).

And it forgets your login details when revisiting so new login required each time.

These factors make the App ‘wrapper’ feel very out-dated/ untested/ amateur from a user-experience perspective.

The long wait

Downloaded the app and then had to pay £10 to join which I did not mind doing want loads of plants over coming months as re doing the whole garden, I put an order in and the plants where meant to be here 5 days later did not mind that in time for the weekend well Friday came no plants looked at my order and was going to be another 10 days getting annoyed now with the wait but ok will have to do anyway 11 days later still no plants and they have cancelled the order no explanation no refund yet and no answer to my email
