With QVC from the beginning
I find QVC amazing ,almost anything one needs can be found here .I think my wardrobe is approximately ninety per cent QVC .l do have my favourite brands ,being Ruth Langsford and Ben De Lisi but have a lot of items from other brands . I find Ruth and Ben explain exactly what you are going to receive and really care about the quality ,style and price of their products for the costumer .The majority of presenters are excellent ,I appreciate the ones that tell us in depth about the fit of a garment .Julia Roberts ,Debbie Flint and Jillie Halliday are excellent .Unfortunaly one negative issue is that I find some of the newer ,younger presenters can be frivolous and go off on a tangent . CS are always pleasant ,helpful and just really excellent . If I could change anything it would the cost of P and P .At times I don’t understand how a light shirt ,trouser costs £4.95 .Then a really heavy item is also £4.95 to deliver but I can return for a lot less .I look at an item and generally add £5 extra for delivery and that’s a lot .I keep the majority of items I send for .With clothes I know as soon as I try it on if I’m going to keep it or return hence is the sixty day return too long ?
Apart from those two issues every other aspect of QVC is excellent .

I have shopped with QVC for 30 years, from the very beginning. I really could not be with out this excellent company. Customer care is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble, especially if you have a problem with an order. I love all the presenters & I go online everyday to see what new offers are available. The products are all top class, are exceptionally priced & excellent value for your money. There 60 money back guarantee allows you to try, wear if it’s clothing & still have the reassurance that if you are not happy with any item, you can return it to receive a full refund or exchange for something else or an alternative size. Dreadful!!
I’m not complaining about the app. No problems there. However I was on advanced orders for three packages of plants. First date the w/e June 5th. That came and went and I phoned, told there was a delay. I gathered that. Was told it would be in the next few days. Nothing arrived. I phoned again, this I might add was to customer services. I was told, it will definitely be here no later than Friday June 16th, you can guess where this is going… no plants!!! I’m getting fed up with constantly being told untruths, just to appease me! They will tell me they can cancel the order. If I had wanted that, I wouldn’t have ordered them in the first place. This will be the last time I order anything from QVC. This has happened before. With the meringue sweets.. I wasn’t particularly impressed when I actually got them. Many months ago it happened with a phone charger, I cancelled that order in the end. They make a big thing about being so reliable. Well the dealings I’ve had in the last couple of years doesn’t feel like it. So be prepared to wait endlessly for things to arrive. It’s not as if the postage was free and they don’t offer any type of sorry, other than allowing money off your next order. Well I won’t be ordering again, so they can keep their sorry and bury it with their plants!!!!!
