A digital training guide removes the need to track progress on paper. The app automatically records your workout data and stores your set history so you can always come back and see your workout stats. Recording sets and reps has also never been easier with the app's clean UI that brings a level of ease to the training programme, allowing you to focus on all that really matters in that moment - the next set and reps.

Nutrition & Diet
Nutrition is an important aspect of any top tier training programme. In order to help you achieve results, the app contains over 200 crafted meals designed to help you fuel and maintain your ever enhancing physique. Eating a balanced diet is now as easy as browsing our menu of meals with an ingredients list laid out for you in an easy to use shopping list.

Focused Training & Workouts
Choose between 3,4 and 5 training days per week to fit within your schedule. Change of circumstance? Simply change the days you can train and generate a new plan whenever you need to. Need some inspiration, have any queries or looking for advice on how to train like a pro? Good app but needs improvement for female plans

I really like this app. I love how you can track your weights and reps and I also really like the ‘switch feature’. However, I’m a girl and there is really not enough variety at all which is why I ended up cancelling my subscription after 2-3 months… There is only a total of 4 plans to choose from as a female: Cardio, upper, legs and full body. Out of these for there are only 2 suitable for me: legs and full body. Once I have completed these 2 plans there is nothing else for me to choose from. There should Atleast be a couple of different plans within each category, for example legs plan 1, plan 2… so you can mix it up a bit. I get really bored so don’t want to do the same 2 plans over and over again, I like to mix up my training.

No Progressive Overload

Workouts would be better if there was a clear progressive overload programmed.

The ability to work off a percentage of the 1RM instead of just straight sets and reps without guidance as to how to escalate difficulty on the same exercise week to week.

Really like this app it looks very good.

Been listening to Mike for 2 years now, I feel like he has taught me everything I know about training, technique tempo form etc. I trust Mike and feel like he has been a mentor to me even though I don’t know him personally. I know there is a lot for me to learn within this app for example there’s a video talking about de load weeks, rep ranges all sorts, so far I think this app is extremely detailed. anyway I will come back here and leave my updated opinion on this app in 2 months. And I’ll leave my progression from now to then to let you know if this app will help you achieve your goals.
