We made some behind the scenes changes that will improve the donation experience.
Ratings and Reviews
Not enjoying the latest “upgrade”!!
Not too sure why, but no longer have the option to chose whether or not to pay to cover fees. That’s not good!
Also, no longer receiving an email from the recipients. That’s also not a good thing.
Next, it’s now asking for two and three level security things. That’s really not good.
It used to be so nice and easy to use but now, it’s become over complicated and certainly no longer user friendly!!
Whoever the team are they may be thh N st did the “upgrade” need to undo all these not so user-friendly features!!
Do bear in mind many of us OAP’s are using this app and it stresses us out when we just get used to and become comfortable in using the app then suddenly it changes!!
Anyway, God bless you! Praying for wisdom and an attitude of kind consideration for others perhaps battling with this new “upgrade”.
