Can’t get app to work at all, error message, then “try again”.

Hi there! Please, make sure the privacy of your Instagram account is set to public, and try again. If you still experience some more technical issues, our customer support team is here for your assistance anytime needed. All you have to do is message them through the app by tapping on the top right Settings icon and tapping on the Contact Customer Support. Thank you!
