I’m so happy that someone created this excellent app ! Buying “Thank you” cards has become a thing of the past. Now I just select the card I want adding a photo or special message, thank the person for whatever my children have received, add the address and it’s all done ! The best thing is if you’ve made an error you can cancel the card in question within 30 minutes of creating and ‘sending’ it and you get your credits back and the unwanted card hasn’t been sent ! That’s absolutely brilliant as after Christmas or Birthday’s I can’t always remember who’s sent what (although I try to keep a list) and I’ve accidentally sent a card to someone who didn’t send money to the kids but thanks to this app I’ve managed to cancel it and get my credits back without the embarrassment of explaining to the recipient why I’ve sent a Thank You Card to them when they haven’t sent a thing !! This is definitely an all round brilliant app that I use again and again, to say thanks or simply hello with a fab pic ! I’d recommend it 100% !

Updating my review A’s TouchNote have tried hard to put things right, I did as they recommended and downloaded photoshop to get my pictures brighter and clearer, such a difference. There were quite a few problems trying to get another frame through, it wouldn’t let me edit then couldn’t put on my address and I had to take off then download updated versions of the app. Anyhow I slogged on and TouchNote tech team fixed the glitches and we got there! Well hope we did as it’s on the way! Thank you TouchNote team for helping. So we go on our first ever cruise, lots of pictures taken on our bucket list Baltic Tour ( I’m over 2 years into a 3 to 5 year diagnosis with terminal breast cancer so we though a good way to see several cities) I do a beautiful big GALLERY frame, my first order with TouchNote. It looks ok on preview but so dark when it arrived. I’ve asked if they could lighten it to print again ( after looking out and sending them each of the pictures I used, this took some time!) the reply, no, can’t help because the pics are pretty dark, they look ok on your gadget because of the projected light. I wish someone had looked at it and got back to me before printing what is a something too dark to hang. Very disappointed. Was given 3 credits, thank you for that.

Great idea. However, Touchnote do not respect your payment like other businesses. I paid for 5 credits, sent 1 card to dying friend in hospital. Touchnote do not make it clear (prior to buying) that if you don’t send another card within the year they steal the rest of your credit. Like other reviewers on here I wanted to have these credits available as and when. 1. Sure if the credits change in price over time then it would be fair for users to just top up the difference. 2. If the business went bust then understandable to lose credit. However, they aren’t bust and yet do not offer the option to ask user to top up credit if they run out. In this case, I haven’t run out and this applies to thousands of others. They just steal the remainder after 12 months of you not using and carry on operating their business in normal fashion. It was only Sep 2016, so not long ago and this postcard effectively cost me £10. They do not make it clear before buying, they do not inform you prior to 12 month end, but they are happy to expect you to write it off and keep for themselves. There is not excuse for this as other companies do not erase your money. Beware existing users and any potential users. I will not be using again unless I receive an offer of a refund or credit reapplied and a renewed business policy that protects all other users of Touchnote. This seems morally acceptable for all. If Touchnote resolve this I will trade again with them, but NOT until then. BEWARE....

I am distraught, they have taken £99 from my account even though my card was expired which I thought was enough to prevent the renewal. On the day of renewal I wrote and confirmed I didn’t want to renew after they took the money anyway. They were quick enough to tell me there was a problem with my payment, but I have no idea how they were then able to take money from me unless Apple allowed this. They are still ignoring my emails and will probably do so until the day is over, then say I missed letting them know. I am desperate to stop this or I will be financially compromised this month. UPDATE: I got a corporate response to my email totally ignoring everything I had said and my request for cancellation and refund. Appalling customer service. I also tried to cancel my membership and you can’t do this on a phone or tablet, only a PC which I don’t have. Why would that be the case except that they are trying to scam customers. I cannot believe such underhanded tactics. I am financially compromised because of this and their response is to suggest a cheaper membership! Disgusting! Do not use!UPDATE: have contacted me to say there is grace period and they will contact me but nothing else as yet. If there’s a grace period (and I have already emailed) I don’t know why they haven’t simply refunded and cancelled my membership.
