Tradify - Quote & Invoice Tool 4+

Just Wow

This app has/is going to save hours. I own busy electrical and property maintenance company. Once you have all your regular costs and consumables saved you can do quotes in minutes. It just takes a bit of time to set up. When on site you can give time how long items used etc. So no forgetting to charge for something. It also works with Xero!!! Just perfect for any trade!

The idea is good.

The idea is good, the application is not sadly.
I hoped it would help reduce stress and paperwork.
I stress it increase time on a laptop inputting data as the settings done work on the app and only on the portal.

It’s like having a car dashboard with loads of buttons that don’t do anything.

No support on the weekends as they are closed.

When They are there to help you can get quick guided help which is brilliant. The staff are very helpful also.

It may take a few days for them to reply but once they do they are very helpful.

“Update” I found out afterwards.
One more thing, estimates and enquiry replies didn’t always get sent to the customer either.

For someone who struggles with changing over and learning a new system this was a nightmare.

Back to the drawing board for me. And back to how I was doing it before. It was not worth the stress or expense.
It doesn’t work with my calendar either. So you can only use their app to see the jobs and you need to be connected to see customer info also.

If you don’t have signal, you don’t have anything. Which is quite useless.

Maybe in a few years when all these things are sorted I may look again. But for now it over promises and under delivers.
Sorry to be negative.
I really wanted it to work and needed it to. It’s cost me a lot of time, money and stress to try get this to work.
All that I got out of it was more grey hairs and an empty pocket.

Great app but could be better

Tradify has already saved me so much time. However the ability to import a price list from a supplier isn’t useful to me as all of my local suppliers use a different format which tradify doesn’t support/their systems won’t support.

I feel like there should be the ability to book in quotes as well as jobs and assign them to staff this way one app could manage the whole day to day business. The system should be similar to the job system with a pop up on the phone app and scheduling. I’d like to also see support for integration with the iPhone calendar rather than the google Calendar.

Also I’d like to see tradify should support bank integration like quick books does etc to manage the invoicing, payroll and banking side too without subscribing to another app it could be like a tiered system where you could select extra add ins that would affect your subscription I.e adding features and paying more for a monthly subscription dependant on the add on features you use.

If tradify where to become the one stop trade business management solution it would be world beating. Keep up the good work and don’t stop improving 🤙
