Description
TrainDesign is born with the purpose to plan your model railroad track. In a few minutes you can create lines of any kind. Using a set of tracks you can choose the type of binary-to-use, orient, stretch or shrink it. The curves can be modified to width angle and radius of curvature.
TrainDesign stands out for its ease of use and the versatility, giving space for creativity. You will learn that it is very easy to edit lines, determine the altitude, change every single piece in an intuitive and simple manner. With only the use of your fingers, you can create small or large tracks, focus on building a single part using the touch or see the route as a whole.

No use - very unstable - don't bother
Tried this on an iPad Pro, spent an hour or so, was an absolute waste of time.
The 'pinch' sends the track work out of view, once that happens, you can't select a track section, it just moves to another part of the screen, so you spend time chasing it.
Could be a nice app if it was followed up and all the bugs sorted out.
Getting better!
It’s a great app, I find it so useful really, amazing features. I’ve not used any other... so I have no benchmark, but seems real cool.
The new version says you can select multiple tracks, but I’ve not worked how to do that, and whilst there are videos, there is no straightforward manual.
As far as I can see, the major limitation is not being able to join sets of track. For example, create a 50 track layout then realise it is slightly too long. So delete a straight middle of either side and rejoin a foot shorter? No it seems you have to delete the entire end and relay? It could be me!!
Anyway, I love it and urge people to pay the buttons to get it and inspire the author to keep improving :-) thanks!
