Started using this app after the last lockdown and it has helped me so much! After losing my job and starting out on my own renting a room I was finding it hard to build my client base up but Treatwell made it that bit easier for me! They advertise and gain you new clients who can then book on the app! They check up with you to see how you’re getting on, they are easy to get hold of if you have any problems and are such a friendly, lovely team! Thankyou!

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Treatwell. Despite offering over 100 services, I have consistently encountered issues with incorrect information being provided for my services. This has not only led to a significant loss of customers but has also resulted in numerous refunds due to the mistakes made by Treatwell.

Furthermore, I have been shocked to discover that additional services were added without my consent, leading to further confusion and dissatisfaction among my clients. The pricing discrepancies have also been a major concern, as the incorrect prices have caused significant inconvenience and financial losses.

If only Treatwell had communicated their intentions clearly from the beginning and sought my approval before making any changes or additions, I could have avoided these unnecessary challenges. It is disheartening to realize that the trust I placed in Treatwell has been misplaced, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed in their services.

Overall, my experience with Treatwell has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering using their services.

Excellent calendar system

The calendar system is easy & fast to work from phone & desktop. Have taken on lots of new business from them. Their commission is high fir a first client but it’s only 2% on following bookings if they book through Treatwell or free if you send them a direct link. Have built my business quickly with their help & would recommend highly if you’re just starting out. Not so good if you’re already well established as their fee’s are high
