No Football
True service is shocking.
I go true shop last week and they redeem points on my account to watch the football last weekend at Mega BangNa, l thought they tell me that the points redeemed were for one month.
Tonight l cannot watch Chelsea v Tottenham match and spent 45 mins talking to agent and got nowhere.
They could not tell me how to redeem points to watch premier league football.
Very few people talk English in shop and most of the time they get things wrong and also you are guaranteed to be in shop for at least one hour every time l go.

Issue watching football, app crashing when casting and trying to change language
There is an issue with True ID App. When casting to TV, if I try to change language to English the App crashes and closes. This is happening on iPhone and IPad with chrome cast. Please solve asap as worked before recently.
