The following access permission is necessary for the TSmartLife app to provide the best experience.
- Bluetooth: Find nearby devices using Bluetooth or BLE.
- Location: Detect home WLAN network and enable device connection.

Not accessible using VoiceOver
I purchased a Toshiba smart microwave so that my wife, who is visually impaired, could use it via the app. The app doesn’t work at all well with the inbuilt Apple accessibility feature VoiceOver. This microwave and app has the potential to be such a boon for the VI community but, until this app is made accessible, it is just a big disappointment. It needs to be redesigned to work with screen reading software. I was looking forward to recommending this to VI acquaintances but I cannot.
Useless app
App cannot connect to home or appliance’s Wi-Fi.

Dear user, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. Please try 1. Remove your device from the app. 2. Log out and re-login. 3- Turn off your device for three minutes and then turn it back on. Restart the connection between the device and the router. Check the Wi-Fi signal, App isolation, and Wi-Fi encryption mode of WAP/WAP2. Check the correct Wi-Fi password. If the issue persists, please try connecting via a Hotspot Connection. Impossible to use
I bought this microwave to make my life easier, I’m disabled but not stupid
There are limited instructions, rephrase there are no instructions, it states it intuitive 🤣🤣🤣🤣 it really isn’t. I’m tempted to send it back
