Helpful app but needs developing
The timetable is particularly useful and you can set up the relevant alerts. However, it would be good to include more information about the activities and develop the A to Z section. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant booking section. At present only one sitting is included per evening and cancellations do not show. This means there can be half empty restaurants yet people miss out on eating there. There is also nothing stopping people from ‘booking’ while they are still in the UK which means you could miss out altogether. Definitely needs to be sorted.
App crashing today
The app seems to have been updated and today it keeps crashing and I can’t get into it now. Previously I found it useful and it was working well. The upgraded version looks nicer but obviously has some bugs causing it to crash for me.
Need help accessing the app!
I downloaded the app ready for our holiday to one of the resorts. It worked fine for a week but then kicked me out / logged me out of my account. Ever since then I have tried logging in every day and receive an error message saying that the application owner needs to check the logs for more details of this error. We leave for our holiday shortly and without access I am unable to book activities and the a la carte restaurants at the resort. This error has been happening for 3 days. Please help!
