Thinking of leaving again

I had tv player a couple of years back but left due to the content getting more limited and below par than it was worth paying for. I re subscribed to find that it was now greatly improved in that area. However, there regularly seem to be glitches of programmes freezing, the the tv content page unpopulated and randomly not being able to access the channels that I’m paying for. There is no workable help or support from the app so I find myself looking elsewhere again. Shame, as I really do like it when it works but there in lies the problem. I pay to watch what I like to watch when I like to watch it, not just when the app allows me to whole still accepting my money.

I don’t know where to start....

I have this garbage on my two televisions for over a year as am unable to get free view or sky as in a basement flat with no dish etc...

I am cancelling all subscriptions today as I would rather have nothing.

Channels not working or the only good ones have been taken off.

No listings so you have to literally click on each channel and wait to see what is on once it has finally loaded. (Yes could get the radio times but these days it should be so much easier!)

Channel signal drops out every 10mins

Record function??? Forget about it!!!! Hahahahah

Program reminders???? Don’t be silly?!!!! Hahahahahah

Keeps on logging you out so you have to put your email and password in 50% of the time... a pain if you quickly want to see the news before dashing out etc...

Some channels say my amount of devices has been reached and I can’t access. I go to sort out and check subscriptions on the website as requested and there is no way of finding the problem- USELESS!

Recent update/upgrade.... you are having a laugh?!!!! Now the remote doesn’t even change the channel!!!! Hahahah RIDICULOUS! So you have to go back out to the home screen every time you want to change channel and start all over again! And then 75% of the channels you click on say ‘Video not found’!!!

I go to make a complaint through the website and you can’t get hold of anyone.

I don’t know how you have been getting away with taking people’s money for so long.

Terrible

Been using the free version of this app for a few years now and it’s been getting progressively worse and worse. The latest version constantly logs me out so I have to faff about logging in again almost every time I use it and during streaming the screen often goes black but the sound carries on, or the sound goes off, or it buffers despite having a fast connection and no issues on any other streaming apps. Also the new interface isn’t as easy to use as the old one, and sticking half the free channels right down the list so you have to scroll past the paid ones to get to them was another annoying move by the developer. I really haven’t got a good word to say about this terrible app and there’s no way I’d ever start paying for it cos it basically doesn’t work. Hopefully a someone will bring out an alternative so I can delete it once and for all.
