Twickenham Stadium 12+

I used this twice over the summer and it worked well but now there seem to be so called connectivity problems which either prevent me forwarding tickets or recipients downloading them. RFU don’t give you an option but plan for problems. Given the number of last reported problems poor response from the RFU.

Have tickets for 6 nations games which are sitting in my ticketing account and have spent the last 2 weeks uninstalling and reinstalling this unfit for purpose app to try to get them onto my phone and onward to my friends who are coming. Does not work!! Have checked, double checked and triple checked that all names and phone numbers etc match. RFU support absolutely useless, as it is non existent. Rugby Club trying their best to resolve. But given the quite obvious cost saving to the RFU for eticketing and the hospitality brought in house at £thousands per head, the least they could have done is spend a few £’s and made sure their system works properly and/or have some active support and a process to right these errors. They don’t. Gross arrogance and disrespect to the fans on a large scale. They would clearly rather see the back of true fans so they can sell each and every ticket to corporate hospitality.

All I wanted to do was to buy some tickets so that I could take my family to Twickenham for a great day out. Instead, I’m stuck with some invisible tickets on a rubbish app and instructions on the England Rugby website that send me round in circles. I also find out that when they do eventually appear, all of my family now need to download this rubbish onto their own phones to actually receive their tickets. Take my advice. Don’t bother with it, just get your tickets posted to you.
