Unable to register
One of the worst banking apps! I’m based internationally and I’m unable to access my banking app cause my authentication fails everytime I try to send a text message. I’m being charged for sending international SMS’s by my network provider but unable to complete the registration process. I tried reaching out to customer service, it’s been a month now without any response. When I contact my bank, they aren’t able to provide a solution. The best solution is to not bank with them.
Horrible app with either brainless or utterly corrupt rules
Apparently this app can only be accessed through mobile data (it cannot be accessed if you are connected to Wi-Fi) and, most dangerous of all, you cannot even login if you reject allowing the app to track you. This is not security, this is, at best, eye wash to fool customers into divulging their data. I will not be using the app again and will close my account with UBI soon. The bank looked good from the outside, but clearly it is not trustworthy.
Regarding commectivity issue
I cannot login/connect union bank mobile banking as it shows some connectivity problem. I tried many times since one week. Please fix this issue as early as possible. I m using iphone 6 with lastest version.
