Called them 5 times today believe or not. They were taking the mick and did not care. They earning money easy off of people like us. Sorry we apologise is all they say. This is what we have to deal with if companies like this give accounts to every driver they see. It has become regular for Uber “drivers” to be using tesco shopping plastic bags for delivery full of spilt coffee. Truly unhygienic and not something Uber takes seriously. All their email replies are copy and pasted with no care whatsoever. They say they note everything but nothing changes. They have also refunded customers without noticing me multiple times but they were meant to send me an email before doing so. They always do stuff like this and it is always a pain. We always leave feedback but nothing changes with them. Nobody takes us seriously. Getting worse day by day. Why would some guy working for Uber customer service in an office care? Free money it is that’s all. They are the only winners in this game

The support team is absolutely useless and timewasters, I called them 10+ times, all they say Is sir please wait 3 minutes until I find your details, then either they say that they cannot find my details on the system or say please send us email we’ll get back to you, even after many emails I sent nothing happens.
They don’t care at all, all they care is their 30% commission on the order + extra 20% vat tax added on total weekly commission.
Merchant support team is only there to sit there do nothing and nothing and nothing and get paid. I cannot believe how you employ these people.
Elon Musk should buy this company too and fire all those useless employees, just like he did with twitter lately.
I think I will close my account very soon if it carries on like this.
Uber eats, you have to improve or you will lose even more of your market share worldwide, I’m so fed up and angry with your team. You need to be professional when you deal with $millions, or someone else will do better and take your seat

For restaurant partners Uber refunds are a nightmare. Even after providing Cctv footage of items being made and given to driver they still wouldn’t refund my money as the customer complaint that item was missing for every item on the order. How is that even possible that customer received the order but all items were missing? Does that mean he’s received empty bag?? Ridiculous!
