Description
WiFiman is here to save your home or office network from sluggish surfing, endless buffering, and congested data channels. With this free-to-use (and ad-free) app you can:
- Detect and connect to all available Wi-Fi networks devices instantly.
- Scan network subnet for details on available devices, using Bonjour, SNMP, NetBIOS, and Ubiquiti discovery protocols.
- Conduct download/upload speed tests, store results, compare network performance, and share your insights with others.
- Relocate your access points (APs) to nearby data channels to instantly increase signal strength and reduce traffic volume.
- Connect remotely to your UniFi network via Teleport VPN.

Great tool, would be even better if VPN auto re connected!
I use WiFiman coupled with a Dream Machine and Pi-Hole when travelling and using crappy hotel networks that inject ads everywhere - it’s bliss and gives you that at-home browsing experience.
What would be _great_ is a VPN reconnect feature where once you’ve toggled it on it stays on, or stops data on signal loss, a bit like ExpressVPN etc. I find the VPN disconnects frequently due to bing on poor quality wifi/cell signal and have to manually re-connect.

Cant export floor plan. Tuning!
Some amazing software but you can’t export a copy of the WiFi survey floor plan!
Come on developers .: it will take you a few minutes to add this feature in.!!
Otherwise it would be useful to have a function to analyze/tune fast roaming, BSS and minimum RSSI AP roaming signal db limits. So we can adjust these in a multi AP environment more easily. Next level!
One bug.. I found when doing heat maps is that if it looses wifi it messes things up. Also ut struggles with large outdoor spaces.
Great new look but has bugs...,!
Great new look and love the dark mode , but speed test does down load test but hangs after a few seconds off up load test and then never finishes , needs looking it to guys or this tool is useless to us professional Installers
