Very good app
Perfect for business use and can use it anywhere as if I was in the office!
Cannot make outbound call
We are using this application for business. I just update to the latest version and accept make outbound call to any phone number.

Hi Patrice,
We are sorry that you experienced issues with the mobile app and were unable to make outbound calls. The app is a VoIP, softphone application and has the option to enable and disable the softphone through the menu options. If the softphone is disabled, the device will not be registered on our sip platform, therefore you will not be able to make outbound calls. I can see that our support team have since helped and we are glad the issue is resolved. If you have any other queries, please use the ‘send feedback’ option through the main menu of the app and our support team will be in touch.
