Xin chào Anh/ Chị,
1. App song ngữ tập trung vào phần multiple choices dịch song ngữ và phần mô tả app bên phía mình cũng đã ghi đầy đủ hi vọng các anh chị đều đọc trước khi tải về. Phần hazard trên Youtube có nhiều và khi làm app, dung lượng lớn quá mình không đưa vào. Phần harzard của DVSA khi thi thật 100% là đồ họa và các phần này không được đưa vào app khi học (bao gồm tất cả các app vì chúng mình sử dụng nguồn giống nhau). Vì hai lý do đó mà mình không đưa vào nữa.
2. Phần chính sách refund thuộc về AppStore vì mình hoàn toàn không tính phí trực tiếp từ phía anh/ chị. Anh/ chị thanh toán phí sử dụng cho Apple vì vậy anh/ chị liên hệ với Apple để yêu cầu refund:
