I purchased the tag easily through the website and the tag eventually came before our holiday, luckily!(it promises to ship with in 48 hrs, it was about 10 days overall and a couple of emails sent and not replied to which was poor) Having said that and read the views of UK customers I must admit I was concerned for my trip. I need not have worried though, the tag worked perfectly and the DD went out of my UK bank account(Lloyds) absolutely fine. If you want a tag that works you can’t really do better than this really, top marks.

I’m can’t get my British account to pay the direct debit. I have to wait till payment declined and then pay by debit card. I would pay earlier than the payment date but no facility to do this. Any chance you can sort this issue please. The 20th I my payment date I have to wait to get email saying declined then I can pay by debit or credit card. Other than that I love the service.

I found the system very useful as I was with my 6 year old daughter who couldn’t reach the toll gate and so I ordered the Ulys tag which was excellent and now that we’re back home, my toll charges are coming through for payment and that is very helpful.

I drove from Calais in France to Santiago de Compostela ( North of Spain ) passing through multiple tolls in both countries and I can’t be more happy.Do not need to leave your car or use cards or money for the trip thanks to Ulys.
