Our self-service portal app lets you manage your housing tenancy with United Welsh TED. You can do things like request a repair or inspection, report anti-social behaviour, check your account statements and mini statement, pay your bill, and much much more.

It's ok but....
Needs the ability to remember tenancy reference number or protect account with a PIN number so I haven't got to keep searching for paper documents for my tenancy reference.
Payment of rent
Every month I try and pay rent using the app and every month it doesn’t work. All I try is that the payment was unsuccessful so then have to phone to pay.
