Key Features Job & Work Tracking Engineers can view assigned work, access site details, update job progress, and record completion directly from the field. On-Site Reporting & Media Capture photos, videos, notes, and reports during site visits, creating a clear service record for both engineers and customers. Asset Visibility for Customers Customers can view asset information, service history, fault updates, and engineer reports linked to their locations. Real-Time Notifications Receive push notifications for job updates, asset issues, service activity, and important operational alerts. Compliance & Safety Workflows Complete inspections, safety checks, and required forms digitally to support compliant service delivery. Role-Based Access Supports engineers, managers, contractors, and customer users, with access tailored to each role. Access & Accounts Unity Field is free to download from the App Store. Access is available to organisations that work with Astra Group. Once an organisation is onboarded, it can create accounts for its engineers, contractors, and customer stakeholders. Users sign in using credentials provided by their organisation. Each organisation manages its own users and permissions, and data is securely separated between organisations.
