Loving it!

Been inactive recently (partly due to the you know what) so looked into getting a PT then came across this app, glad I gave this a go first! Loving it so far, saved me some money and has a range of trainers bringing different workouts/skills explained clearly. Usually do weights more but found trying new things like the mobility workouts with the amazing Isabella! Feeling better for it and looking forward to more workouts!

Superb!

Really liking this, normally a tuff start to the year after the Christmas blowout! But this app makes things easy no matter how much much time you have on your hands. Loving the strength section and even the short live hiits are leaving me wobbly 🥵 looking forward to a stronger core and squeezing back in the speedos this summer!😎

Brilliant App!

This app is awesome! If you’re like me and you struggle to get motivated to exercise at home, this is the perfect app. The trainers take you through everything, you don’t have to think too much, just plug in, get it done and get on with your day. Brilliant workouts, great vibes and loads of extras that you don’t get on other fitness apps 🙌🏻
