Unmix is a perfect tool that lets you split any song into instrumental tracks and vocals with help of artificial intelligence. After that, you will be able to export and edit those separated tracks as wav or mp3 files.
How can I open a song in Unmix?
The song can be imported as an audio or video file. So here are a few ways to do that:
- Import a song from Files
- Import a song from Media Library
- Import screen-captured song from Camera Roll
- Import a song or video by pasting a link to it, Unmix will download and process it.
Unmix is a perfect tool for musicians and music lovers:

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!
Wanted to extract a set of vocals from a song and this app was all I needed. I used the first option (vocals and accompaniment) and it turned out amazing! You could hear a tiny echo from the vocals on the accompaniment section, but it’s barely noticeable. The developers should be really proud of themselves!!! 😍

Little disappointed
App itself doesn’t appear to do anything other than be a user interface for a cloud service. Tried one track and it did remove most of the singing but some of the singing remained and some of the melody was also removed.

Hi. Thanks for your feedback. We regret that you feel disappointed. The application uses pre-trained models to separate the original audio file into tracks. The quality of the original audio file is therefore an important factor in determining the result. Unfortunately, even with high quality files, the result may not always be satisfactory. However, we appreciate your bringing this issue to our attention.
