Be careful with your thumbs!

I have just paid for premium by accident by scrolling up. There is no information on how much premium costs or any way to undo purchase. Is that even legal?

Useless app

This app won't give you any information about the museum unless you pay for extra content. The free version gives you just a few sentences of introduction to the museums and links to pay for the extended version. Very disappointing, and misleading that it is offer as a "free" app. I wish I had read the reviews before waiting forever for the app to download.

Empty shell unless you pay!

£2.29 for full app... which is fine, just seems disingenuous to offer it as 'free' when there is no informative content! Had I known this I could have made a more informed choice before downloading. Sadly I can't visit the museum so don't need maps etc. but would have liked to learn something more about Van Gogh- especially his life & less well known work.
