INFO PANEL PROBLEM
Firstly, I'd like to commend you on the new app for "Dragon Taxis", now Veezu – it's much slicker with handy vehicle choice options and a "notes for driver" facility which the cabbies tell me is quicker to access - the latter used to be a huge and irritating problem for everyone.
However, one minor irritation is that the booking info panel springs straight back up once it is swiped down, not allowing the user a bigger view of the live map.
It even springs back up if one keeps one's finger on the panel to keep it down - very frustrating!
Please could you fix this so that the info panel STAYS DOWN (and mostly hidden) when swiped down and released, to enable a larger view and longer study of the map (for car locations etc).
The taxi info panel can then, if course, as with most other good apps, be swiped back up afterwards.

Being forced to this broken app from city taxis which worked fine
City taxi have announced a move over to this app from their original app. The original app let me book a cab and pay by card all in one go.
The Veezu app will never authorise my bank card. I have tried 3 different cards, verified them in my banking app and had it added to the Veezu app, but when I go to book a cab it says that the card authorisation failed. I have no problems at all with funding or with using my cards, only Veezu does. I have tried multiple times and ended up reinstalling the city taxi app because at least it works. I can book and pay just fine. I will keep using that app until such a time as I no longer can. Unless this app gets fixed I will probably move to Uber when the city one stops working.

Stay away from this app!!!
This app is soo rubbish no where near uber or bolt the drivers don’t use the google maps etc they go to an route that will make them more money and that exactly what happened this morning when the driver decided to get me late for work by 5 minutes after taking his route and ended up in traffic. Also when you get inside the car and on the driver phone you wont see a map like apple or google maps etc but you will see a big screen that has a price on it mine started at 4.80 from where i got picked up and it increases so the drivers are taking advantage by driving longer routes as they know how much they will be getting paid end of the drop absolutely ridiculous.
