• Secure your favourite seat on selected services: use the graphic seat reservation
• Find the best fare: services sorted by lowest fare first
• VVT Account: conveniently and securely store your personal data and means of payment, save your favourite routes, and keep your KlimaTicket Tyrol directly on your phone

An app designed to make your ticket purchase as cumbersome as possible
The idea behind this app is great. And one which many companies have pioneered far more successfully. The whole point of being able to buy a ticket on your smartphone is the simplicity that a well-designed app offers. However, in buying a ticket using this cumbersome app you have two choices: 1. credit card, for which you must remember the secure ID (who can remember that on a Friday night?!) or 2. Bank transfer. Seriously. Bank transfer. Like it’s 2009. Why not PayPal? Or payment via the app as an in-app purchase? The whole process took me over 5 minutes. PayPal would have reduced this to a matter of seconds. Terrible. Terrible terrible terrible.
