Redeem
Ok first of all love the it’s an amazing way to make money on your spare time the surveys are short and easy So I just love it I love it’s all nice and Simple. I recently redeemed my full 10,000 points and it took like more than a week or like 7 days for the cash to arrive in my PayPal and I received a full £5 I just think if it’s anyway possible we could redeem the amount of £10 since we need to have 10,000 points I just think in my opinion it’s the right fair amount we can redeem for 10,000 or at least £8. Otherwise if you are giving me a full £5 after I redeemed a full 10,000 points shouldn’t the number be 5,000 instead of 10,000 to redeem.
That’s just my thought on the app but other than that the app is really easy to use and its good for anyone who looking for a good paying survey app. 🙌

One small niggle
Love the app but one thing drives me crazy. When it comes to the instore steers it doesn’t give any indication on which store it’s aimed at. For example while I was in Starbucks today I tried clicking on the Starbucks steer and it kept saying “Sorry you need to be in a specific store.” Well which one?!? Tell me and I may very well end up going there! I have plenty of choices of Starbucks store, and I’ll happily change my choice if necessary. It’s happened to me more times than I can remember (I’ve never actually successfully completed an instore steer) - Please consider communicating with us so we can help you better.
Fast, easy and effective
Very, very quick surveys & the points add up a lot quicker than you think as I’ve only been using it a few weeks and had 2 payments already. Payments are almost instant too via PayPal. You do have to remember to check & refresh it a few times a day but the surveys take seconds each so this can be done at anytime without disrupting your day. Shows you a lot of interesting new product ideas also! Very impressed.
