Was good not now

App works on my iMac, iPhone ,but not on my i pad pro have been to touch with the team who spent two days sending me in circles reloading app changing password rebooting ect ect last person i spoke to wanted me to start the whole process again,one person should take control of the problem,i still do not have the app on my iPad Pro which i use the most ,so at the moment this app is not good value,i can not talk to one of the team until i get some seasick pills,putting me in a loop that resolves nothing makes me feel sick going round and round

Avoid!

Avoid this VPN! I’m currently in China and have heard good things about VyprVPN. I downloaded the app and proceeded to create an account, began a 3 day trial and they make you commit to a year subscription once your trial is up (providing you don’t cancel before your subscription ends). I then went to log in and it said I’ve got a subscription, but then wouldn’t let me log in. I cancelled the subscription, deleted the app and downloaded the app again. When I went to log into my account it asked me to sign up my payment information for a subscription AGAIN! They promised that I would have a free trial so I’m not sure why on earth they were asking for me to subscribe again?! I proceeded to authorize it again knowing that I could cancel before the payment was taken and it STILL wouldn’t let me log into my account and said there was no connection. I cancelled the subscription again and deleted the app, because I will not have them try to get money off me for a year when I can’t even access the free trial that they’ve given me. I’m afraid I can’t commit to a VPN without a free trial to test whether it works where I am so I will be deleting this app and avoiding Vypr. It looks like ExpressVPN are the only ones who can provide a top quality VPN.

Don’t download

I never write reviews, but am so angry that I could not allow this to happen to someone else. I downloaded VyprVPN mid January and got duped into buying a one year subscription for €70 and after two weeks of using it, it stopped responding, would not connect me to any server at all, even after spending an hour clicking on every available server, and still no luck. It ended up stopping me from being able to get online, on my laptop and on my phone. I couldn’t log out and contacted customer support and finally received a response after 5 days. Totally unacceptable, as I could not wait that long to solve the problem and ended up having to use my old phone. They advised me to uninstall and re-install it again, too much work as the problem kept on happening, so in the end I had to delete it from my system completely so I could start using both my devices again. In my opinion I should receive a refund. Don’t buy!
