Fit & Lean offers different types of subscriptions so that you can choose the right one for you (3 months access renewal, 1 month access renewal etc.). Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time in your iTunes account settings. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Amazing

I love this app! I never leave reviews on apps, but really feel this deserves some recognition. It’s the only fitness app I’ve ever been able to stick to! I’m 20 days in and can see a difference, which has also given me an incentive to start eating a bit healthier. I complete my daily plan religiously and also do a couple of the challenges too. I feel much more energetic and motivated which was something I was really struggling with.

General exercise for someone under 40

I like the app in general, been trying for over 30 days to get a feel of the app and I realised the data that you entered in before starting the app don’t effect to what exercises you will get.

The exercise routine feels like a fixed set up in general regardless of your fitness level, age, and if you have sensitive knees or bad back. So, like me, over 45, some of the exercises did make my knees hurt and back hurts and I don’t think it’s worth the money to get myself injured for Ostepath visits.

I feel this app is more for people who are younger or for someone who are fit and know about exercises to make any alternative adjustments during the routine to make it work.

Simple to start

I actually like this app lol it’s easy to start only 10 minutes did not think I would feel it but as ur moving slow u think about the movement
