Getting use to the new layout

I have been a Wallis customer user for many years, but stopped due to a number of issues re the correct delivery of items a few years ago. I have now come back, and am getting use to the new format, but finding it easier to talk to someone to assist. I feel once I get use to this new format it will be much easier. Thank you Wallis for changing the way you do things, and getting back to people much quicker. I am glad to be home!!👍🏾😀

Can’t believe the bargain I just managed to get on a pair of really beautiful dressy yet comfortable looking shoes I’ve just bought for £20 and they areZandra Rhodes as well lucky me so pleased with this purchase, can’t wait for them to arrive holiday ready now

If I have to return a item, it’s going to be a nightmare. I’m housebound, no printer and was never going to order again since the mess in 2019 where I still have 2 linen white jackets, trs, 2 tops, left in the Wallis bag, wasted, don’t seem to be able to give (or a small token of the price I paid) to anyone due to my situation. I’ve emailed Wallis earlier and explained that 14 days isn’t long enough to sort return out, 14 days could mean possibly due back by 24-26 Dec 2021!! Impossible) Why aren’t they doing what a lit of shops are and extending till end of Jan, with Covid as well, it’s not a pretty outlook.

Fab app!! Really easy to navigate and browse on, and a great product selection. I’ve been a Wallis customer for years and have previously shopped in store or on my computer, but the app has made it much easier to shop on my phone.
