Terrible app and service, underhand company

Had a terrible experience using this app/service at a campsite in France. Tried twice to buy a wash on the app and both times my payment/selection wasn’t recognised by the machine. The third time I gave up on the app and used the contactless payment system at the campsite next to the machines. It started to work but then there was a power cut so my clothes were left dirty and I had to finish up by hand.

These things happen I guess, but the customer service I have received has been a whole lot worse. I contacted the company and was assured I would receive a refund for all 3 payments. Several weeks later and nothing received. I chased and was assured “it will be done this week” - but another 3 weeks later still nothing in my account. I emailed the company again and this time have received no reply at all. Nearly 3 months have now passed and I can only assume they are holding on to my money now.

Avoid at all costs.

Pointless

Downloaded this app to use at a campsite in France. Choose the machine and cycle, successfully paid and got the “5 mins to load the machine and press start” notification. The machine didn’t give the start option, the 5 mins ran out and I lost the payment and didn’t get my washing done.
After a lot of searching for info I still don’t know why. I had Wi-Fi signal, the payment went out of the bank, etc.
Do not waste your time downloading this app. Complete waste of time and money.

Takes money... doesn't wash

WASHiN at Nevers Camping takes money very well. However, the washing machine does not start.
There must be more than 5 nationalities at the camping at any one time. The instructions are simple but only in French. I recommend Luxe Lavage in town. It has new machines, 5 languages and works very well.
