Brilliant app! I usually utilise my Dell PC, but after being recommended to download this, I am inclined to continue with the mobile version henceforth. I don't fully exploit all its features, but using it to contribute to my grandchildren's pensions was outstanding. I managed to top up all five in one go. Apart from this, I frequently review clauses and upload documents for our adviser to access, the most recent being our statements from an old Prudential With-Profits pension. It's straightforward - simply navigate to the pension section in the app and attach the document. An additional convenient feature is the ability to take a photo rather than just attaching existing files. We were invited to provide feedback on aspects that could improve. I would suggest that the sign-up process could be simplified; however, once set up with added security measures, we've encountered no issues. Another feature that could be enhanced is the messaging function; at times, it can be confusing to ascertain whom I'm conversing with, especially when the adviser interjects during a discussion with someone else.

We have given this app 5 stars as this is by far the best we have used, and it works well on our iPad mini. We were used to logging into each investment or bank account and populating our own spreadsheet and this does it all. We have a few suggestions to make this even better:It would be good if we could edit more in the mobile app itself rather than using the web-based version; the banking is great, but could we top up our investments from the mobile in addition to the web version and finally can we have the functionality to categorise our expenditure through the mobile.

The new app is very impressive. I have linked all my bank accounts and now have everything in one place. I particularly like the biometrics on this one as I am always forgetting my passwords, and this is very secure. One minor suggestion I would make is adding your news letters and tax updates in here rather than just a link to another site - it's a small point and I have given you 5 stars anyway.

My husband and I use the Wealth Portal app with our financial planners, Strategic Wealth Partners. Before, our money was all over the place, but now with Wealth Portal, we have a more meaningful, holistic view of our finances. It shows us everything we've got, like cash, investments, property and chattels - making our chats with our financial planner much better. Definitely worth a go if you want to keep your money organised!
